We're a big fan of IDEO (disclosure and blatant name dropping, we know people there). I'm surprised at how far wrong most publishers are at using technology - some examples are as if they're trying to sabotage the ebook notion by planting epic fails into the system to kill the movement.

CityTrex has signed up a few authors to get digitized, but left some staring blankly, with them saying such predictable blurbs as, "I like paper." (Shock: not all published writers are insightful).

Money isn't even paper anymore so why should books be associated with dead trees?
